Prices are exclusive for www.americanjewelleryco.com and are subject to change without notice.
Delivery costs are not included in the prices quoted on the website. When placing an order, the customer is provided with a tool to determine whether delivery costs apply to the order or not.
All product prices shown on the website are tax inclusive.
Prices are shown in local currency and USD.

If you choose to pay using a card with a foreign currency (non JMD & non USD) denominated account, the charges will be processed at the conversion rate applied by your bank at the time of processing your order.

Product and stock availability
All details, specifications, prices and credit terms are accurate at time of publication, but are subject to change. Sizes are approximate. All drawings, images, descriptive material, specifications and advertising on our website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods and services, in order to assist your purchasing decision. The illustrations of colours and covers shown are representative only and may differ from those in our stores. Prices exclude accessories unless otherwise stated.
Products are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when your order is submitted, and the time when the order is accepted and processed, the stock available may change. If a product you have ordered becomes out of stock before we process the order but after we have processed the payment we shall notify you as soon as possible.
If the product is out of stock American Jewellery Co., Ltd will allow a refund of payment or you may choose a different product for the same price subject to availability.
Return Policy
We at American Jewellery Co., Ltd thank you for your purchase. We are committed to ensuring your experience with us is always a pleasant one. If you have any issue or change of mind, you may return this item within 3 days from the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
AJC will inspect and test most products before delivery. Returned items should be accompanied by the original receipt, unused, and in the original packaging with all applicable accessories and components. Consumables and opened media products and custom orders are non returnable. American Jewellery Co., Ltd reserves the right to examine the products to validate the return.

Extended Warranty / Insurance
Extended warranty contract is only valid if:
• The product is purchased new from us and has an American Jewellery Co., Ltd initial warranty.
• The product is for domestic and personal use only. Extended warranty Cover is not valid on products intended or used for commercial, rental or profit generation purposes. Office products such as facsimile machines and computers are covered for home office use only.
Prohibited Content
American Jewellery Co., Ltd reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to reject, edit or refuse to post any content, comments or reviews and to remove any content from the website, whether or not the content is expressly prohibited by these Terms and Conditions, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability.
Errors and omissions

Delivery and Store Pickup
Delivery
Certain deliveries within Jamaica are FREE of charge, other deliveries will attract a charge. You will be advised by e-mail of the anticipated delivery time, however, most deliveries take place within 48 hours after confirmation, or at a time agreed with the customer. Alternatively, you can opt for in store pickup. Importantly, we offer curbside pickup
Not all products or areas are eligible for delivery; if your order is not eligible for delivery American Jewellery Co., Ltd shall notify you as soon as possible and you must pick up the order at one of our stores.
We are unable to provide specific times for delivery. All delivery dates are given in good faith but are subject to all matters beyond our control, including acts of God, strikes, lockouts and delays by suppliers.
Please note that your delivery may take longer during holidays, sales, weekends, or other busy periods.
